  • Coordinating with Sales & Post possession department on regular basis
  • Coordinating with banks for loan procedures
  • Following up time to time
  • Making welcome Calls & send letters/mails (as applicable)
  • To be one point of contact for customer post booking till possession, hereby ensuring customer centric experience
