  • Filing & preparation of Indirect / Direct Tax returns. (Monthly & Annually)
  • Books Finalisation. Ledger Scrutiny
  • Overseeing Direct Tax, Indirect tax entries in the P&L and balance sheets.
  • Evaluating and improving processes and controls to optimize compliance efficiency.
  • Corresponding with tax authorities for GST / VAT / SERVICE TAX (possibly from multiple jurisdictions) and monitoring the organisation’s indirect tax position.
  • Communicating efficiently and accurately with external auditors and stakeholders about indirect & direct tax issues.
  • RERA knowledge will be an additional benefit.

Job Description:

  • After receipt information from After Sales Team for Possession of Flat of Customer, to check whether full Flat cost received.
  • Contact engineering team at site for possession of flat and inform readiness of flat including painting, deep cleaning, bathroom & toilet fittings as per agreement, door locks, VDP & Intercom, Grills etc.
  • Explain the queries raised by customer in respect of Maintenance chart given from our side. To receive cheques of Maintenance Deposit, Share Money, PDC Cheques of Maintenance, Possession Charges & Society formation charges & deposit the same on time.
  • Handover the Receipts of Payments made by customer in respect of Maintenance Charges.
  • Deposit of Taxes deducted from Vendors and deposit the same with Government Treasury. And preparation of TDS & GST Returns & handover to Accounts team.
  • Working ERP Based Package of Accounts as well as Tally ERP 9
  • To deposit cheques of Maintenance Deposit, Share Money, Cheques of Maintenance.
  • Updating of bank Pass book, Making reconciliation of all Maintenance Bank Account.
  • Taking signatures of Customer on Forms/ Documents related to formation of the Society.
  • Helping Head PPT for preparation of Annual Accounts for Handover of the society.
  • Payments to society remain in Maintenance account & closing of bank account of Individual building.
  • Taking follow ups with ERP team regarding various issues related to ERP.
  • Looking of Common Maintenance of Sector – IV including administration & accounting of Club House. To give permission for use of Banquet Hall after taking necessary charges.
  • As we are following RERA rules we must take care of complaints from customers till 5 Years from the date of OC. Accordingly after Handover of the Society, if query/complaint received from society forwarded the same to Engineering team & take follow ups for the same.
  • Giving name change NOC of Electricity Meters to customers if required.
