1. The Company Raunak Corporation is developing a multi-phase development 'Raunak City' registered under Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority with MahaRERA registration no.

The opportunity on offer which is the sale of residential units in buildings within the project is being marketed as 'Codename - Golden Today' , which is a part of the larger development within Raunak City as a part of the said larger property. The development on the said Property is hereinafter referred to as the 'Project'.

2. The Company plans to sell a limited number of units in 'Raunak City', under this opportunity. The Sale is initiated by payment of a booking token by customer and payment of all dues as per payment plan agreed. All relevant project details are available at raunakgroup.com & maharera.mahaonline.gov.in. Applicant acknowledges that he/she has acquainted himself/herself with the same.

3. The booking amount is only an instrument to block the unit temporarily till launch period. The deal is executed on adhere to payment schedule subject to deviation approvals from official representative of Raunak Group.

4. The Applicant irrevocably confirms that, by submitting this form, he has read and understood the draft agreement for sale and acknowledges that the allotment, if made in favour of the Applicant, shall be on the terms and conditions herein and of the agreement for sale and the same shall be binding on the Applicant.

5. Application Process:

a. Each Form should be accompanied by Booking Fee ('Fee'). This Fee will form a part of the total consideration value. Each form should be accompanied by Fee of Rs. 45,000/- per unit for online transactions. Payment can be made by debit card/credit card/IMPS/NEFT/RGTS or any wallet. Non-payment of the Fee along with the Application Form shall result in the form being summarily rejected.
b. Any rights on the unit shall commence/accrue only upon issuance of the Letter of Allotment in favour of the Applicant, after payment of fee by the Applicant as per the 'Schedule of Payments'

6. The booking of Apartment(s) through token deposit in the Projects is entirely at the discretion of the Company. The allotment of the Apartment(s) shall be confirmed on the on completion of first 3 payment steps/stages in payment schedule after which a letter of Allotment will be provided or signing of the Flat Buyers Agreement on the Company's standard format will be executed which has been read and understood by the applicant. In case it is learnt that an Applicant has misrepresented any fact or information in the Application Form or in the financial instruments, such Application shall stand summarily rejected and the entire booking token shall stand forfeited. The Applicant who opts to make an online Application irrevocably confirms that a submission of the online Application without signature shall be a valid acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of this Application.
